Axial SCX10 II Pre-Order UPDATE

We know everyone is excited about this new release and want to give everyone an update on their pre-orders:

We are currently awaiting our first allotment of AX90046 to arrive at the distributor's West warehouse and then be shipped to us. We expect this to happen this week and we will ship pre-orders in the order received, SAME DAY we receive our allotment. As there is a shortage of AX90046 kits, we are not certain how long it will take to receive all of our order and ship all the pre-orders we have received.

For those of you wondering why some people in the U.S. already have their SCX10 II's: The distributor has two warehouses; Central and West, that hobby shop orders are tied to. The Central shipment came in over a week early and that is why a limited amount of AX90046 have been sent out to these central and eastern shops.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this. Rest assured, we will get your pre-order shipped the same day we receive it.

We received our first allotment yesterday. Unfortunately, it was only enough to ship to some of the people who ordered the first day pre-order was open. Axial/Hobbico/GP seriously underestimated the popularity of this new platform and everyone is impacted. We will post more info once we have it.

We will receive our second allotment next week. It is a small allotment again, so we will only be able to ship out a handful of pre-orders.

We are very sorry for the frustration these pre-order delays have caused. RPP feels frustrated as well. "Our hands are tied" because of the shortage caused by the unexpected popularity of this new platform.

Thank your for your order. Unfortunately, we still have a long list of pre-orders (going as far back as late May) waiting to ship. With the general delivery information we have from GP/Axial, for your order, the best case is your order shipping late Aug./early Sept. Worst case: mid/late September.

I wish I had better news, but our hands are tied until GP can catch up for the huge backorder of this popular new platform.

I wish I had better news, but each allocation has been tiny!

I just spoke with GP today and they are still way behind on filling backorders for all dealers across the entire U.S.

We hope to ship early June orders by mid-September, but it could be late September.

Curious if y'all have any shipment updates? I didn't place my order 'til mid August so I'm guessing at the rate Axial is providing these things it might not be 'til November that mine shows up? LOL

The next allotment is due early October.

From Axial Distribution -
Due to the typhoon in the Pacific Ocean, it has caused the containers that are carrying the Axial SCX10II Kit and the Grave Digger to be delayed. Which means, these vehicles will not be available in the month of September. They can expected early October.

Wish we had better news.
