I have an issue with this, because if someone took the package off my porch...either you or I would be out $500 bucks. And I don't want that for either of us. Please let me know if I'm missing something here. Greg

The tracking number is 9410810200830110188553
order #78839
USPS would be out the $$ and the mail carrier would be in trouble for not getting the signature required. You would not be out any money. Just the hassle of having to wait for a new order to ship out. Please call Consumer affairs 415-550-5082 file a complaint on your USPS carrier. We will do the same from our end.

Ok...spoke to the carrier today (not my usual carrier) She apologized and said it was a "Crazy Day" and blah blah blah with scanning this and that down the street on another package. I told her that business is business and that she would have a report about the incident. She said "Yes, I'll probably get written up." Well, her miss-steps could have cost me a lot of personal time wasted dealing with an issue. If you guys do follow up on your end, I didn't catch her name...but an overweight woman who was taking over the route for Dennis (who is my usual carrier...and is awesome) while he had time off for his wife having surgery.

At this point...USPS has been contacted and I'm waiting to hear back from the customer service rep. I'm not a hard person to deal with...but when someone's actions cause me hours of inconvenience...I then have an issue. RPP has done their job...I made myself available to receive the package at my own expense. I wouldn't think much about this...but over the holidays, we had two separate shipping problems with fedex and ups. One package we were waiting for on Dec 4th...tracked "left on customer's porch"...while we were certainly home that day. That package finally showed up on Dec. 23rd. What a great time to have our annual family Christmas Cards delivered....and again, hours spent dealing with that issue.

FYI. Thanks again RPP for being the go to for my parts needs and impeccable customer service...including your reply here! Greg

I got my shopping cart open, and I found something that I'm not 100% clear on. Axial ax30499 clearly states (2) pieces, ax30489 doesn't say, but it shows 2 pieces in the pic, and the prices are the same. Can you confirm or deny that ax30489 is (2) pieces?

I made a note on your order to contact you about adding it. It will hold up your order some but we will do our best. Thanks Corey

Nothing gets here terribly fast, so no worries. My last order took the scenic route via Maryland.

Thanks for the assist.
