I've placed two separate orders from RPP. The first was thru their eBay store, the second thru the website. I'm pretty picky about service and how my orders are handled, I was very pleased. Orders are generally shipped the same day, well packaged and great communication. I really dig my confirmation emails, along with a tracking number too.
