Corey, I got the package today, And after I got all the goodies out of it i wanted I took it back to the post office and refused it! "thumbsup" JK, I did take it back to the post office and refuse it, but man did i want to dive into it man, That is like giving a kid a Christmas present and then saying Okay now mail it back to me! lol. Anyways on its way back safe and sound and even unopened! lol BTW Corey now has my undivided business with products he carries due to his efforts i can now see he puts into his business Great to deal with people like him! |

I just gotta say this... I placed an order yesterday expecting my e-mail confirmation and shipping info this morning. Before I even checked my e-mail this afternoon I got a call. It was Cory telling me one of the items I ordered was out of stock and that he would hold my order for me untill they were in later and then ship them out ASAP. Now THAT is customer service! I am having a problem with my dna dig i purchased recently. This part here, http://i371.photobucket.com/albums/o...y/DSCF6324.jpg it wobbles so bad it binds up the tranny. Not the brass piece, it shifts into freewheel and lock no problem. My 65 turn motor can barely turn it. i have been working on it for 2 days and had no luck. If this piece was straight it would work no problem. Could i send it back for a replacement or shoud I contact DNA directly. Thanks for any info. Justin |
