I must say Corey at RPP is top notch, answered my stupid questions right away, and shipped my stuff MUCH faster than I expected. Waiting on my Losi now, and can't wait to do more business with him in the future.

Corey,

I got the package today, And after I got all the goodies out of it i wanted I took it back to the post office and refused it! JK, I did take it back to the post office and refuse it, but man did i want to dive into it man, That is like giving a kid a Christmas present and then saying Okay now mail it back to me! lol. Anyways on its way back safe and sound and even unopened! lol

BTW Corey now has my undivided business with products he carries due to his efforts i can now see he puts into his business Great to deal with people like him!

Corey, will you be carrying Venom Crawler parts? Do you know if the new Venom beadlock wheels will accept other tires than the venom ones? Another non-rccrawler vendor :cough: rc :cough: planet... has the parts listed. If the wheels will work with other tires I'd like a set to try out on my Axial. Prefer to order through you.

Just want to say Thanks to Corey again for the help with my last order. I had gotten a bunch of gift cards for x-mas and he let me call up and run all them through which was awesome. Not only that, but I did the order on monday afternoon and had my parts wednesday afternoon Thanks again for the great customer service and fast shipping.

I just gotta say this... I placed an order yesterday expecting my e-mail confirmation and shipping info this morning. Before I even checked my e-mail this afternoon I got a call. It was Cory telling me one of the items I ordered was out of stock and that he would hold my order for me untill they were in later and then ship them out ASAP. Now THAT is customer service!

Sorry if I didn't sound as enthused as I do now, but I really did appreciate the call Cory. Your number is saved in my phone now.

I am having a problem with my dna dig i purchased recently. This part here,

it wobbles so bad it binds up the tranny. Not the brass piece, it shifts into freewheel and lock no problem. My 65 turn motor can barely turn it. i have been working on it for 2 days and had no luck. If this piece was straight it would work no problem. Could i send it back for a replacement or shoud I contact DNA directly. Thanks for any info. Justin
