Thumbs up Re: RPPHOBBY.COM- Post public questions, suggestions, or feedback here

I have no doubt your hands were tied waiting on the slow boat from China,
but it appears the old scow has finally slipped into the West Coast docks earlier this week and my back ordered FJ40 Cruiser and the RC4WD 1:10 scale V8 engine & trans are all on their way with the rest of my order !!!! WooHoo!!

Longest I've ever waited on anything from RPP

Yall should work on that issue

I see no excuse to not be using a direct transport of items from China with the teleportation device on the Starship Enterprise from Star Trek.

More importantly, ya'll are way behind on the completion of your bank drive up window WOOSHING style tube connected directly from factory in China under the Pacific Ocean to your warehouse in California

Ordered on 02/28/15 and the little package birdie now has my box half-way to my door

Thank you for all you do for the hobby. This was my first ever Back-Ordered item purchase from RPP, and beyond this, everything I've ever ordered has been from Cali to Mass in less then 3 days
It's insanity I tell ya!!!!!

Placed my first order with RPP a few days ago for some VP knuckle bushings...which are not that easy to find actually. You guys got them out to me ASAP and threw in a sticker. I'll be back!

Phone call from wife a few mins ago.....

Ring, ring, ~ answer phone

Wife: ~silence~

Me: Hello

Wife: ~silence~

Me: Hello?

Me: Hello?

Wife: ~angry~ Hello

Me: What's up honey?

Wife: Where are you taking me out to eat tonight?

Me: Huh?

Wife: You ARE taking me out to eat somewhere nice tonight, where are we going?

Me: I am? We are? Huh?

Wife: YES, you are, YES, we are

Me: (dumbfounded and caught off gaurd thinking Mothers Day snuck up on me or something and I've completely forgotten, I reply with compliance in my voice....) OK, sure honey, will be home by 6:15 (and as quick as I said that I remembered today was scheduled delivery for the New FJ40)

Me again: Fed-Ex came?

Wife: Yes, Fed-Ex did come, they came with a really BIG box covered in that damn blue RPP tape!

Me: Love you, be home after 6:00 pick where you want to eat

Click!

_______

Now thinking... Hmmmm not a bad deal!
I get the new FJ40 and a bunch of other stuff disguised in the same shipment
AND get a night out for a quality Steak and a few drinks !!!

Guess that all worked out better then I expected. LOL

I think you have the description of the Holmes hobbies bl pro mixed up with the puller pro. The bl pro says:
Features
Four pole large diameter Rotor
Twelve slot stator
13g phase wires with 4mm bullets installed
Oversized Bearings
Sensored, includes sensor wire
Sealed Can with conformally coated sensor board

Technical specs
Standard 550 style motor
25mm pattern M3 mounting screws
5mm shaft
36mm diameter
63mm length
283g (10oz)
50,000 rpm max

That's the features of the puller pro 540.

I was about to place an order for the trailmaster bl pro expecting there to be wires and bullets and a waterproof sensor board included. I would have been pretty upset if it didn't come this way.

I could be wrong. Can you please confirm if the trailmaster bl pro comes with wires/bullets and conformally coated sensor board?

Placed my first order with RPP Friday afternoon. Didn't expect to get it by Monday! Sweet!

Thanks RPP, I'll definitely be back for more TF2 parts and VP bits for my Yeti.

Novarider, That is the description for the puller pro 540XL. The Trailmaster Pro has the correct description from the Holmes site, so I think you might of got the windows/tab when viewing the site mixed up. We have updated the Trailmaster to include that they currently don't come with wires or the waterproofing. We are going to order the next batch likely with both, and will have a new part #

I did not look at the wrong tab. You can clearly see it says at the bottom of this picture it says it's a 4 pole which it is not. It also states it comes with wires, bullets and a conformally coated sensor board. It may have been changed after I placed my order which I will not be very happy about.

Since you do not accept returns on electronics how would this situation be rectifie

I see you dropped the price $10 after I placed my order today. How do I get that money back?
