Thanks, depending on how well these move, I may do another run of them, or just start over with a whole new design.

If you end up doing a new design later on, a nice 6-spoke will do just fine.

Have to see if I can scrape together some more money for a set of these though.

How well do these rim hold the bead of the tire in place? Do you need any wheel weights with these rims?

I ran Moabs, masher 2k, Rock Claws, Rock lizards and they all crawled well and held a bead just fine. I have no idea if you would need wheel weights. Depends on your setup prefrences I guess.

You know what your next design should be? 2.2 hummer wheels. I would buy the crap out of some 2.2 hummer wheels. It'd be really cool if they were beadlocks, you could maintain the look by using a 3 piece design, you know a ring inside the tire with a wheel face and back, that way the bolts would be functional.

These in 2.2 are actually being looked at. But nothing is forsure yet.
