Default 2.2 Comp ? regarding rear steer

I know rear steer is not permitted in 2.2 comps.

If my 2.2 buggy has 4WS, do I have to remove the Rear Steering Servo completely or can I just disconnect the rear servo electronically, and lockout the steering, leaving the servo in place. Some might question this, since the inactive servo would be acting as dead weight on the axle. This just affects my link placement for comp purposes and whether or not I have to build two separate rear link axle brackets.

To answer your question directly, you would not have to remove your rear servo. You could leave it in place and just lock out the rear. We allow you to place as much dead weight wherever you want on the vehicle.
