Default Replacement hook for 3 Racing winch

Does anyone make a replacement hook for the 3 racing winch or suggestion for replacement? I broke mine trying to lift one of my other scalers.

Ive only looked at a 3racing winch once or twice, but to me the hook they use looks like a jewelers clasp deal like on necklaces and stuff. Might try finding one of those

Ben at MSD has some nice hooks with his 8274s. Not sure if he'd sell them without the winch.

that is the exact same thing i use, the day i got my winch i took off the ugly hook and put one of my gardentrucking hooks on and it looks great and is way stronger.

i just take a small 1/8 slab of aluminum, drill two holes, cut a slot, and then cut out the hook around that... then a bit of hand filing
works well so far
