thanks for your help guys. Thanks for the offer 93 ford bronco but i am going have to pass because that is not the type i was going for, i am going more for the one superchargd made. Now superchargd thanks for that choice how long did it take to make the camper top.

Some people have made them from styrene as well. Its really quite easy to make one.

Both shells look great, and that fiberglass process looks easy. How is it mounted? :?

It takes about a week of evenings, or 1 weekend, depending on your avalailable tools. Sanding the sides to be flat and smooth is the longest/most involved step aside from hardening time. A flapwheel, files, or other pneumatic sander will really speed things up.

Servotape was used to mount it to the body. Didn't want to drill extra holes or scratch it up. One of the pics shows a flat flage on the base of the snugtop to create a good surface by which to use the servotape.




One of these days or years, I'll get around to working with RC4wd to make these in Lexan for the F350 and Hilux (maybe Clod)...

SOFT TOP IS THE WAY TO GO - AND ON THOSE HOT DAYS, YOU CAN PULL THE CANVAS OFF AND GO TOPLESS. lol
