| Lots of hooks available nowadays, RC4WD has them and several vendors here on the site are making excellent scale hooks. D-rings are a different story, they're much harder to locate. I made myself 2 to get by with (after snapping the plastic ones on the Pro-Line bumper) from 1/8" brass rod bent into a "U" shape, with "ears" made from 1/8" brass sheet soldered on. They're functional and strong, they just leave a little to be desired in the looks department: ![]() I pulled the trigger on 2 pairs of these recently: ![]() Problem is, they're coming from Hong Kong. And they're obviously on a slow boat, I paid for them 2 weeks ago. I usually don't order from the far east, but in this case these are the best options I could find anywhere, and if they end up going missing or something I'm only out 22 bucks. When/If they show up (and turn out to be worthy) I'll post up a link to the ebay vendor... |

| RC4wd makes both hooks and shackles, Scale offroad makes both as well. I have both brands. Personally I thing the Scale offroad are closer to 1/10th scale then the RC4wd ones. |
