What scale? Depends on the size, and if you do a search there are already maybe a half dozen threads with a similar heading.
For example here is one.
Scale driver and seats

My driver came from Toys-R-Us also. He's a WWE Wrestling figure named JBL. I had to cut him in half at the waist, because my current body is a Pro-Line CGR, but he worked out pretty good.

These figures are a pretty good size for a 1:10th scale truck. The problem is finding one that's not bare chested and has a normal facial expression.

Old-school G.I. Joes are 1:6th scale. Too big, unless you happen to have a 1:6th scale build going on. Barbie is about the same size.

New-school G.I. Joes are too small for 1:10th, they're ok for 1:18th scale builds.

Theres an Ebay vendor in Hong Kong who's always pushing 7" figures that look pretty decent. He's always got Landy hardbodies too...

Hows this.
I picked up The Punisher from walmart yesterday, Its some special collection of Marvel superhero's
They have 2 different kinds, But I figured This version of Frank Castle is right up my alley and fits perfect in the Racing seats I make. Added a little paint here and there for details and did some scruff to his facial hair. He should be right at home for my upcoming scaler build.

Nice. I have the same figure waiting for a scale project. Its well proportioned for a scaler and he can pop a cap in your a$$ if you look at him or his ride the wrong way.

Yup! lol. I ended up super glueing his pinter fingers so he could shift and steer without looking stupid,lol. I might airbrush his shirt and paint an RCCrawler logo on his shirt.

He looks like he's right at 1:10th scale. He's not as roided out as my driver, which makes him easier to fit in a seat (I actually had to hack off some "muscle mass" on unseen areas of my driver to make him fit better)

He does have a serious look on his face, but it's not a look of intense rage like a lot of the wrestlers. Nice find.

I've seen your excellent seats before, did you make the 5-point harness as well? That looks fantastic...

You want a figure that around 7" or 7.5".
7" = 70" or 5' 10"(10th scale)
7.5" = 75" or 6' 3"
