Yeah, they come with the tamiya highlift kits, I have had the ones off of the f350 and they are a pretty nice addition.

A looong time ago, I saw a video on here of a Jeep that had working wipers. I've also seen some on large scale big rigs on Youtube.

Somebody on here or Scale4x4RC was toying with real working wipers. Had a video of them too. Don't think they ever made into a rig though.

Yea, that's how World War I got started... You'd need a micro servo modded for constant turn, turning an eccentric wheel connected to linkages driving the wiper arms. Pretty much a like 1:1 system but in 1:10th scale. And an open channel for them. I've thought about it breifly. If I could be positive that the wiper blades would apply enough pressure to actually wipe mud off the windshield I might pursue it further... Last edited by Big Mike; 09-11-2009 at 07:54 PM.

In order for them to be effective at wiping mud from the windshield you would need working windshield washers as well.

I don't think wiping mud off a plastic window is a good idea. Scratches with every wipe i think. But hey, just my opinion. You could also use a small motor and just have a manual switch on the car somewhere. Switch 'm on when you go into the drink.

There's a 3rd generation Pajero toy-grade R/C in 1/10th scale (Someone posted an ebay link and bought one) that supposedly has working wipers. Has anyone seen this Pajero? Last edited by rampage; 11-20-2009 at 02:19 AM.
