The sticker on the side says it all ! Whitebone Trailers. I haven't checked the website for quite a while, but I'm assuming Rocky is still building.

you might try contacting dinky rc he makes all sorts of stuff and might be able to do it for you. http://www.dinkyrc.com/main.sc screen name muddauber7 he is pretty talented and might be able to make one. no promises though. good luck.
