Fabby fab.....

2 hitch balls, one on top, one on a ball mount that slides in like a receiver.

I dont know about cheap but here are a couple:

http://klhenterprises.webs.com/apps/...s/show/1552443

http://www.crawlerx.net/index.php?ma...bbe4ac1dc0db0f

I actually made one for my scx10 with some square tubing I bent and brazed it together then used a ball end for the ball. Cost me about $2.00.

Wow! That KLH looks real! Crawlerx.net looks pretty nice too!
Can't go wrong at under $30.

What is the spread between your frame rails (sorry, I do not own an SCX, so do not know the dims)?

the KLH looks killer. Not much for accessories for a scaler, but this one looks too real not to have, thanks for the link.

I used delrin and painted it black. Messed around using a piece of tubing for the stinger and a revo rod end with a bolt going up through it.

$0.00 Cheap enough? The trash bin belonging to the shop next door to my work revealed some offcuts of Aluminium, ranging from 3 to 10mm thick so I'll be making a few things out of that. A couple of screws from my parts box and all done. I was going to buy the Dinky one, but it wouldn't have fitted with my exhaust pipes

I think it's about the right height, but my need to trim it once I finish my trailer Trailer Build (with a difference)

I really hope you checked out DInky R/C, muddauber7 has a killer one. If you glance at it, you would think it's 1:1.

Here's my custom hitch. It's removable just like a real hitch.
