| scale harley frame and engine block im working on
thought this would be a cool scale accesory idea for the back of a drop bed rig and is turning out ok so i,ll post a few pics in progress, made some skids for a scale harley frame and engine block..i left the cylinders off and put little studs in the block, also made little connecting rods, i,m debating whether to put the block in the frame or leave it on the skid, still have to make some strapps to hold the frame to the skid, maybee make some mini boxes or something milk crate like for some of the other bike parts pics suck but youll get the idea straps on, need to make some kinda buckle or ratchet Last edited by vonclod; 02-18-2011 at 12:05 AM. |

That looks great, the detail is awsome. You might want to make the straps a different color than the frame. |

Just take a black permanent magic marker and color the straps black. Maybe leave a rectangle uncolored near the end somewhere so it looks like the warning tag on a real tow strap.
