Thanks for all the positive feedback guys.
Glad I can help with answering some of your questions if you have anymore feel free to ask. I am no professional trailer builder, this was my first time and is was built from scratch. I found most everything for it by searching my local hardware store and metal fab shop.

I used a piece of pipe the right size to trace out the wheel openings and a socket for the small middle arch. After I drew them I had my local machine shop cut them with an EDM
