The topkick was squatting because the hitch is too high and the front tires of the trailer weren't on the ground. Here it is with a drop hitch. The wheels are in exact proportion to my 1:1 trailer. Last edited by Mike490; 07-26-2014 at 03:08 PM. | |

Looks like you need some of these and some chains to tie down your ride. I have them on my trailer and they look and work great. Cast Metal D-Rings | GardenTrucking.com |

ok thanks.. my friend wants the same style of fenders that you did.. how did you bend the material, im thinking of finding something close to the diameter i need put it in the bench vise and wrap the sheet metal around it.. i have some thin sheet metal but i think its too thin and i've tried welding it before and just made a mess out of it so im looking for something a little thicker that i can weld with a mig 140.. but first i have to build a welding table so i dont catch my lawnmower bench on fire..lol |

Looks awesome. Been searching for trailer ideas and yours is by far my favourite. You got any pics of the hubs. I'm building one now and thats the only part I'm stuck on. Don't know which way I want to make them.
