| Tiny Iny Bulbs....check these out
These arrived in the mail today, so I took some pics, I think these are perfect for an endless amount of ideas. The are ULTRA TINY and the smallest bulb that I can find. Here is a comparison shot next to a beadlock screw Now here is an example of what you can use them for Drill a Tiny whole in the marker light and let it just barely poke through, itll barely be visable untill you turn it on They light up pretty good too last one shown in a Bruiser lens, gives it some good light. I got them from miniatronics.com, they are actually a few towns over from me so delivery was quick They make various different lights and they are based around around train use but are great for RC. They operate on just 1.5 volts so only a single double A is needed and they have a avg life of 1000 hours, not to bad. They come in a bag of 10 for 10$ - Mike BTW they make them in amber, red, white, blue, green etc |

Yeah, those little bulbs are pretty neat. I've gotten some at a local Dollar Store before. I've heard them be referred to as "rice lights" before due to their size/shape. FYI - the ones I got were multiple colors, originally designed for miniature Christmas trees. I found you can use some rubbing alcohol to remove the colored coating on the bulb if you want clear ones (not sure if this is the same for these ones or not). |

Anyway, cool find. Those would make for some awesome marker lights on truck roof's, and for around trailors.

Well these should work good for the stuff like you said, they wouldnt make good head lights because they arent bright enough but they are cool for other little details, wait to you see how I use them on my high lift its going to require some machining but its going to be the ultimate scale touch Mike
