Snow Chains

I made some snow chains last season for my Axial EXO. I've since adapted and improved them for my CR-01 Bronco. I used my proline beadloc rings that I had laying around. All links are fastened down with the exception of one for removing the chains as needed. Let's just say I can't wait to try them out on snow since carpet doesn't count:lmao:

Snow Chains-

To stir the thead:

An event project for the season...

^^The Inner and Outer chain^^
I used 44 links for the inner and outer ring and..
I used about 12-14 links to connect the rings..
To note: each linking chain is space by 6 links and one or two were spaced by 7 links(to get specific...)
https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...3a6245ec66.jpg
It took me a good hour to get the concept figure out, link count etc.
I used a tiny pair of pliers(Crescent RT24) to hold one half of the chain and my MIPS 2.0 to pry the other half open.
Then closed with the Crescents.

A final note that needs to be stated:
The tires are 1.9 Rock Tyres Super Swampers(from Amazon)
Their dimensions are about:
4.5" tall
1.6" wide
Different size tires or different size chain will effect the amount used in relation to the numbers I have sharedhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8bf96aa39d.jpg
