Cool scale cable

I found some steel fishing leader cable that is really flexable and looks like real cable. I found it at the local major sporting goods store that has even ocean fishing gear

PS:one other product is normal hobby shop stuf U-control cable

I was looking at the same leaders a couple weeks ago, and agree they would be sweet. Unfortunately, they didn't have the length I wanted in stock. So, I went with the yellow mason string as well.

I used a pull cord string from a nitro pull start. Seems to be very strong and is about 26 in long.

Has anyone tried (walleye?) fishing string, its black, thin, pretty strong, it wont get cut on sharp rocks (made so the razor sharp walleye (sp?) teeth wont cut the line)

Default winch cable

ace hardware has real steel cable, its 1/16 or less and you can get it cut as long as you want it. i don't know how well it would spool, i just seen it in there and was like "hey, that'd be awesome for a winch."

I've always used, and have seen people use small nylon string.

That's what I'll use on my scaler, or the mason string.
