My attempt at a scale radio antenna http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/l...331_195625.jpg http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/l...331_195643.jpg Sorry if it is hard to see but it's small .012" SS wire, welded down to a ball on the end. And small price of cannula end welded shut and hole drilled in it. |
Re: My attempt at a scale radio antenna Updated my antenna design a bit and relocated to scale position. I extended the cannula up and asked a bit of plastic from axial parts three for antenna base. Added light pods to hide old antenna hole.http://u.cubeupload.com/SavageDarwin...5030768x10.jpghttp://u.cubeupload.com/SavageDarwin...5039768x10.jpghttp://u.cubeupload.com/SavageDarwin...5048768x10.jpg |

Re: My attempt at a scale radio antenna Antenna looks good. How flexible is it? Will it bend or snap back into shape? |
