Fuel filler neck cap (rock bouncer)
 

Looking for something to use for a fuel neck cap on my bomber fuel cell filler hose.

No luck with Google.

What are people using on their scale rock rigs?

I know bilinvic used a GMade scale hub for his if you want a metal filler.

I've used one of the fake shock reservoirs that came in the Axial kits. I cut it down and painted it silver.

Here's a photo of mine. Sorry, I don't have a close-up photo. You can also see the clear Lexan piece I cut to hold the fuel line in place.

thanks for the idea guys.
Rigged something up for the temporary with a cable clip by drilling out where the screw went through, and inserting a shouldered chrome screw into the hose.

If you had side panels you could use an flush mount axial light pod to create a mount, not sure about a fuel cap

I have used a air needle for inflating balls. I cut off the needle part and used the part that screws to the air hose.

I used a few bike shifter cable ends and some tubing.
