Default Roof/Tire Rack

Here is my roof rack that i made. It still needs to be painted silver, but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to paint it. Also you can see the high-lift jack i made.

the rack looks great! the only thing i would do is lower the tire some. maybe cut a hole in the bed and set it down inside. thats just my .02 you did a great job overall. i paint my frames with black gloss krylon. it woirks well for me.

After you grind down some of the rougher joints, wash it with soapy water, dry it overnight or with a heat source, then primer and paint!
