Default Scale leaf spring for X-factor axles

This was my scale leaf spring design for my 1/6 scale SS Silverado but they couldn't hold up to the weight of the truck. The material was to brittle and they cracked when trying to flex. They look cool but didnt work, thinking about different material to try to give it more flex.

its a type of plastic but not sure exactly the properties of it. I came up with the design and my uncle made them for me on a SLA machine at his work. Its a prototype machine for making parts before the final design.

yes, it a machine that takes the spec off a CAD program which uses lazers to heat the resin to shape it into the CAD design for a final prototype part

you still have the main leaf doing all the work, i think you should have a single stepped leaf.
