Default Wally World Battery led lights

Picked up a set of LED wreath lights for $3.50.They come as a pack of 10.I got the white set and used clear paint for the brake lights and for running lights on top of the cab. They put of a fair amount of light.I have 4 whites on the front of my Bushwacker with 2 more under the fenders so I can see the rocks as I go over them plus the 2 brake lights.I removed 2 lights that weren't used.On my son's F 650 I just used 2 up front,5 running lights and 2 brake.Only problem is that the paint chips easily. But for $3.50 I can't complain.Had fun running around the yard tonight.I used lenses from a book light that I got at the Dollar Store for the head light buckets on the Wacker and chrome LED holders from Radio shack for the fog and brake lights. For the running lights I used real small rubber grommets that the LEDs fit in nice and tight.

Yeah, they aren't super bright like the super bright LEDs but with 4 on the front there is plenty of light to drive by.I'll check the auto dept next time I'm there.

Target also had these. They are usually around the $1 section at the front of the store. Think that were $2.50 or $5.

Default Another place to get these

My wally mart only had the red, so I looked around and found the same thing a wreath light kit with clear lights at Walgreens for 3.99 with 15 led. This kit has a tiny clear cover over the bulbs and a slight downer is they only have 2 AA batteries so they may not last as long as the Wally mart set. I am looking forward to using these soon.

they way the battery holders are set up, the 4 pack is double the volts, not double the run time.

Do the LEDs have any cover over them or just plain Leds sticking out? I saw their display panel and saw some bunch of lights that look like leds but they were short stubby leds...they only had the display and nothing on the shelf...

Hey 72Blazer...do you have photos of those leds on the lexan body like not lighted up, and from the front grill. How did you attach them? Used any reflectors?
