Why aren't modified tires allowed? As long as they're within the size limits and not on the ban list, what's the problem? Just curious because 1.9 Rok Lox look stupid on my truck. So I'm reducing 2.2 Rok Lox down to 1.9's, and they'll end up 4.75" tall.... |

I was thinking there's going to be a banned tires list like before (ie no Rovers etc....). I just don't see a reason to not allow a reduced 2.2 "scale" tire as long as it's under 4.75". Know what I mean? | |

| Yeah, we finished the rules about a month ago and are all working on our 2011 builds while keeping everyone else in the dark. You see, it was so easy to develop these rules that it only took us a couple days....and most of us were drunk throughout the whole process. Well, either that or the Scale Committee is busting their collective asses trying to release a well thought out and fair rule set for everyone. And trying to do this as absolutely as soon as possible. Your choice. |

I do think that once people read through the entire set of rules they will be pleased. People may have to make some modifications to their vehicles to get in the class they want to be in (I know I will) but in the end I think it will level the field and make for some great competition. I'm quite proud of the way we have all compromised and addressed problems in there. There was only the one time we had to kick Tommy out for being drunk. Now that we know when the Big Scale Party is, when do you think we will see the rules for each class? Thanks guys for all your hard work on these. I'm working on a class 2 and 3 rig so just looking at the details ... Thanks
