Well I'm glad you are all full of helpful advice seeing your so knowledgeable.

But he is absolutely right. there are several manufacturers that make a Tube fender. regardless of its material, use, or the effectiveness of its use. it is in fact a product that is bolted onto the fenders of the JK and are called tube fenders. this was the point I tried to make in the thread that was deleted.

Hey Mr. knowledgeable

Did you ever think that may they should just give more points for a chassis mounted tube fender, then everyone is happy. Instead you want to be a smartass.

Always one isn't there?

Well i'd be harsh and still say no there not attached to the rest of the Figure.
Its alot harder to get a Full Figure in a cab than one with no legs or legs that are on the seat!!

Its like the Transfer Case debate of last year when people were chucking one in the bed and claiming the points.

Personally I would give you the points cause i think its funny as hell!!! Now when you decide to fill the pass side completely full of body parts like a serial killer I will still laugh but only give ya the points for the driver.....

After I saw yours a while back I thought of doing a whole bed full of just parts of bodies and see how that goes down

Anyone have some insights on my last part on "inside of tire" measurement?? My TSLs mounted on my narrow rims cause my tires to flop around so getting an exact measurement is kinda half assed.

It would be the narrowest point. I'd say pick your truck up off the ground and take a bunch of measurements. Take the narrowest one and use it to figure what width body you can run.

What if he chucked two figures into the cab? Complete figures.... no in the seat just stuffed em in the cab laying on the seat, one on top of the other?? I would rather see his figure and laugh and see the detail of the forearm crutches on gun rack.... license plate being handicapped (and not being dev.)..... and the legs looking like prosthetic legs.... and fact its a custom make...... all of it.

So with all of that i would say its nothing like the transfer case debate at all.

Yea i have no issues with my ability to figure the center line of tire vs the widest point vs being centered on the rim, mounting just the rims and figuring the distance..... issue would be using the dowel method if tires were shifted in or out. I think the dowel would be great other than if someone running rock sliders off the side of the cab it may not be able to measure in that method.

Im just wondering if a number larger than 5/8 was used and geared towards inside of rim to inside of rim wouldnt be a better idea due to wide rims vs narrow rims and how the tire rides each??

Im just thinking out loud.... my rig will prolly never get done.... its a Donk anywho.... and who would drive a donk??? I donno

A transfer case is suppost to be a working item.
A driver is just visual, My driver lost his legs and he does wish they were attached , his crotches, handi cap plates are there.

I think your being harsh to the Handi cap.

Prostetics are not human limbs. And if the limbs are human and are his, realistically he wouldnt be driving.
If they are not his, then again, its still not the drivers.
Just like throwing a couple of drivers in the cab and calling it points.

What the deal with the fenders tim?

If I make the hand controlls, would that be good.
I had a friend in high school that didn't have legs and he drove a bad ass 68 chevy pick up that would haul ass and he drove it.

Ditch his Prosthetics and give him a Passenger then you can have Points for them as well!!

There's 10 Points up for Grabs Potentially.

I'm not being anti handicapped neither
I just found this fella still only worth 3

I have a question about this:
"Did not finish (or point out): point out or high score on course +20 points
Did not start: Point out or high score on course +50 points"

So, a DNS can give you a potential of +90 points?

We usually do a higher point out than pro comp. It's more around the 60-80 point range so the potential is higher than 90.
