So my question is I have frame railed the front (was rod) but was curious if the rear end needed rails too. I have been searching and seen chassis similar to what I done so far that were in C2. Figured I would ask to save me some time. Thanks.
So in Class 2 here is the rule:

• You must run a full rail chassis, and the chassis (including bumpers) must be 3" longer than the wheelbase (this includes a chassis with a truggy rear frame).
•Truggies are allowed, but you must replace the ladder frame behind the cab with tube, and the truggy rails must extend past the rear axle pumpkin to be legal. The bed must have a roll bar hoop and integrated shock mounts. It also must be a structural part of the rear of the vehicle. (If your bed does not meet ALL of the preceding criteria, it does not count as a truggy bed).

As long as the rail chassis extends from the rear of the skid to the front bumper then you are legal. You can have a truggy bed from the rear of the skid back, but the bed must include this criteria above. It will also receive scale points for a truggy bed.

Thanks. I knew I was going to have to get rails on this chassis to make it C2 legal but I was just a little cloudy on the term "full rail". Also, the term "tube" was throwing me off because this is a solid rod chassis. I was questioning the term "truggy" because this will have a jeep hood/panels on it. I think truck cab That is a just mental hang up I was having. The chassis/wb length meets C2 spec and the back half meets those truggy requirements, just not pictured.

Thanks for the clarifications. I can be lazy and not have to build the back end up any more.

There never had been a discussion. The reward for them is more axle clearance.

It meets the criteria for 3D interior. You will get 3D points for it in the 2015 season.

Functional items: (max -8 pts for all items listed below)
• Tow strap, -D-ring, Pull Pal, sand ladder, hitch, opening doors and hood, spare tire mount, etc. -1 each
Headlights(2) and taillights(2) -2
• Winch: -2 front, -2 rear (max -4)
• Full size spare tire: -3

Got a question about lights. I have two headlights and one taillight. Done intentionally because lots of trail trucks don't have all the lights working, and curious if I would still get points for this or not?

Have a few questions on my C1 rig I would like to clarify for myself...

First is my "drop bed", I was told the requirements are that you must have wheel wells in the bed to make it qualify. My body is a H1 hummer and the way I see it and as I was also told that it would qualify as a "drop bed" beings that it resembles a full size H1 bed with no wheel wells in the bed itself. I just want to get a more official opinion on this.

Next is my interior cage id like to make sure that it will count for as many points as I can get and that I don't need to change anything on it to get them.

Im also going to have a proline interior fitted up inside of the body as well for my 3D interior. I will be in Colorado for scale nats and this will be my first time attending a big event like this so I just want to make sure my bases are covered.. Thanks for the help in advance!

So I hope this is where I ask this. Would it be legal to have a 3 speed transfer case in class2 under sorrca rules where the "3rd speed/gear" is only 2wd?

As long as it's rear wheel drive when it's in 2 wheel drive, and not front wheel drive.....then it would be considered dig.
