Default Hardbody points

Does a hardbody that has been stretched fall into the custom hardbody category?

Sorry, it has to be built from scratch to get those extra points.

I wish there was a clean way to reward hardbody modifications, quite a few "scratch" builds end up using bits from things that are already available such as grills. For example; im working on a jeep FC

The only thing thats really intact is the windshield frame, door frames,(maybe fender flares? they are heavily trimmed but then again how many scratch builds use off the shelf fender flares?) and rear tailight panels. Grill and everything else was built from scratch and it would be nice to get some points for the work. That said though I cant imagine a clean way to award points for this short of giving some points in between full custom and hard body - even that would be hard on a tech judge to figure out what qualifies and what doesnt... would be great to figure out a way to pull this off though.
