Scx10ii class 1

Would a stock scx10ii be a class 1 rig? I know the tires are to big. So with a 4.19 or smaller tire could it be a class 1?

yeah, as long as it meets the specs for c1.

as long as it hits all the body requirements listed in the rules its legal.
