Default What makes it Class 0?

I was getting ready to build a C1 for next year, and now I’ve learned that there may be some primarily C0 comps in the planning. What makes a C0 vehicle? I realize that the rules have to be written yet, but I’m just trying to get an idea of what direction to take.

Your local club could be doing a class 0, but SORRCA will not be making a class 0 anytime soon.
