Functioning Transfer Case?

Could someone explain the Functioning Transfer Case rule for scale points?
I have a Trail King Pro, will I get points for that transfer case?

Well I'll give it a shot, though I've never competed, nor do I own a Trail King.

My old HPI Venture was said to get the points for its transfer case, as it was separated from the transmission. I assume the same would apply to the Trail King, as long as the transfer case is separate from the transmission.

If you are doing SORRCA it is 4 points, Depending on where it puts your motor if you can put a 3d scale motor up front under the hood (many wrap around your actual motor) that is another 4 points. They are their own category. that is 8 points you can get for that. Lots of points that can be easy for the right build.
