How is the Drive from Seattle to Wenatchee? Map quest says about 2 1/2 hours. Looking for a route there from San Diego and this seems to be the cheapest way.

Looks like you will take I-90 to Wenatchee. It's a beautiful drive through the Snoqualmie Pass, us WARCRC guys visit Lake Keechelus at the peak of the pass a few times a year.

Yes, the scale scene in WA is strong.
