| Pricing for other sizes....
Finished the pricing on all the different size light bars, these prices should be firm, here is the summary: - 1" rock lights - Delrin housing (water resistant) - $42 per pair shipped - 2" light bar - Aluminum housing w/ hard blk ano - $50 shipped - 3" light bar - Aluminum housing w/ hard blk ano - $53 shipped - 4" light bar - Aluminum housing w/ hard blk ano - $55 shipped - 5" light bar - Aluminum housing w/ hard blk ano - $62 shipped As stated custom colored epoxy will be an extra $10 and +2wks delivery. Currently only the rock lights and 4" light bars are in stock, qty's are low but I will get more from Dean next week. The 2", 3" and 5" light bars look like they should be ready by end of the year. | Got mine and the hooks yesterday. Thanks again for the lightning fast shipping The potting turned out very clean and nice. Thats a good idea that Harley suggested about colored lenses too. That's awesome if you can dye the epoxy to get the results! Great products and service - Rig Rocker Approved |

Guys, Got plenty of 4" light bars in stock, tell your girlfriends and wives that they make awesome stocking suffers! I also picked up the 2", 3" and 5" housings from the machine shop yesterday, these will be ready before you know it. |

| Re: MadDogRC - "chino63" Scale 4" LED Light Bar
So there has been some talk about adding an optional "lens" to these light bars. I've been stewing on the request and came up with a design for a machine and polished reflector that will help focus the light output and hide the LED strip. This can easily be added to the assembly before the potting process therefor reatining the water proof spec. Here is a rendering of just the insert: Only issue I can see is the cost of making this part... how much extra would you guys be willing to pay to see this as an option? |

I'd like to see one done. If it still looked like a 1:1 lightbar when on then I think $10 would be about my max. I think a more prismatic plastic lens is what I'd like to see personally. Just an opinion.

I think you should incorporate these into all your lights it just adds that much more to the scale factor. You have my vote | |
