What I do is take the nut out of the "wing nut" piece, using that and a couple washers I mount the spare with that, then slip the cover over. Its not as fast to get your spare tire off but it allows the use of the cover on the tire

Hey sorry that I didnt see this post. Yes I can make military themed. I am going to be rolling out a new line of tire covers sometime today that will have logos on camo. I also have a limited supply of black camo backpacks.
