DIY Mounting Brackets - Instructions
1. Download and print template
2. Apply double-sided tape or spray adhesive to print
3. Adhere template to .032" thk aluminum sheet
4. Center punch the hole centers
5. Drill holes (3/32" drill bit)
6. Cut around template with sheet metal shears
7. Sand or file corners
8. Using a vise or vise grip pliers, bend 90 degree bend
9. Make lower bend (if needed) to fit the roof
10. Mount using M2 hardware
11. Enjoy!
