Default My swimming Mounty in Montana

This is an onboard video of my Mounty competing in the '08 MSD Scale event on course 3. I was winning the race until I took a wrong turn. :-(

I like how every few secs it would stop and you'd see some rock. It took some serious twirls their in the beginning.

I was walking/running on the side of the river with my controller trying to keep the tires moving so it wouldn't get stuck, when the rig was stopped in the river you can actually hear the rig all of a sudden get the signals from my radio and then the rig it takes off for another ride.

It was fun as hell. I didn't know if I would see it again though.

It ran fine until a bunch of dumbasses thought it was a good idea to daisy chain at least 10 rigs via winch line to try to get them all up this enormous rock. We were about half way up the rock and one of the upper winch lines snapped sending the entire chain gang of crawlers falling to their death. My chassis bent, and numerous parts are broke.

RIP Mounty!
