Hey that's not a bad spot in brooklyn.

In fact it looks like an awesome place to crawl, it has all types of terrain.

That TF2 looks sweet especially with them pitbulls, love the handling and the different angles.

im now wanting to order a set of pitbulls for my wreckluse refresh.

Time to hit the RPPhobby website.

Thanks. That's my brother's truck. I think he's going for the monster truck/brusier look.

Floyd Bennett field has some ok spots. just have to hunt them down. mostly it's rocks and dirt from construction.

I've been leaning a new video editing package so kinda went crazy with the cuts. the more i watched it while editing the more dizzy i got...

What video editing software are you using? Also what camera did you film with? I like the resolution. I would like to update my old canon mini DV recorder for something digital. It sucks having to replay the tape while the computer captures it. Makes me feel like back in the day when you had to play a record in its entirety while cassette player recorded. Drag and drop rocks!

Hey i remember you had built an awesome orange TF2, any videos of that one in action?

Great bit of action set to a nice track. One of my favorite intro songs to a show ever.

My brother(blue truck) uses a GOPRO HD Hero2. The image is great from that camera and it can shoot @ 120 frames per sec which gives nice smooth slo-mo. The image from the camera is sharp and i don't notice any distortion.

I use an old contourHD camera when I go out alone with my Orange tf2. it's from a few years ago and give a nice image but has some distortion at the edges. I can recored @ 60fps and gives good slo-mo.

I'm using final cut pro to edit the footage.

here's some videos of my TF2

and my first run

Great video. I like how at 5:49 you just throw the camera down.

Cool to know GoPro can do 120fps. Resolution after editing is really good. I get slo-mos by setting playback to 50%

thanks for posting the video links, i love the choice in music for "Trailfinder 2 @ FBF 8_3_12 " & "Trailfinder 2 - Blue and Orange", it made for dramatic videos.

Great start to my day!

Always loved the look of the polished steelies on the orange truck! I've almost got a set but then went for the white wagon wheel style.

I would like to put the Baja Claws on the polished wheels but don't want to deal with all the screws and nuts.

I totally feel you on not wanting to deal with all the nuts and screws.

Although 6 per wheel is not that bad when you think about other wheels.

I have a set of wheels that look great but i didn't think about the number of screws when i purchased them. 12 screws per each ring. That meant 24 screws per wheel and you better hope the tires did not slip off the beadlock while you were tightening. i literally did one tire a night.

Oh i almost forgot, once you mount to your rig you had 6 more mini screws per center wheel cap cover.

Knuckle busting to the 10th power!

Now a days, i don't mess with carpal tunnel inducing rims no matter how good they look.

Very nice video...

I enjoy how you make Floyd Bennett Field look like an alien world.

The image treatments are what give it that look.

The high contrast and almost lack of colors except for the blueness of the truck is sweet.

Also enjoy the way you captured the pit bulls conforming to the rocks, sweet.

What kind of drawings or art do you do? seems like you are doing well with the video skills! I'm enjoying these videos a lot!

yeah, FBF is pretty dull...

It's weird I just noticed that the tires change from pitbulls to baja claws. I didn't take the video.

I draw comic book and do storyboards for tv commercials.

HAHAHAHA

I noticed both tires also, but i figured there were two trucks running because one looked black and one looked blue.

I've only been watching the video in silent mode due to no speakers on my pc at work...but once i get home i will watch again to hear the audio track as well.

FBF can't be any duller than Orchard beach parking lot. I guess its more fun if there are many trucks on the scene.

I had a buddy who drew comics. Must be cool doing something you enjoy.

Oh Damn....thread got moved to "scale videos"

the first 30 secs will make more sense with sound...

what did your friend draw? Drawing comics is ok. It's a job like most other jobs... only perk is i set my own hours.

Only thing FBF has over most places is the on-road race track and the rc aviation field. seeing planes the size of small cars flying around is fun.

I definitely will watch with sound at home...this is the only sucky part of watching a video at work(no sound)...but its still enjoyable to watch a second time at home with sound.

As far as characters are concerned i can't remember but he interned for Marvel during and right after highschool.

I might have to check out the onroad race track there. I'm always finding fresh smooth perfect blacktop and dreaming how driving my NTC3.

I managed to run it under the FDR drive by Manhattan bridge. They paved some sweet asphalt and man i was zipping up and down the pavement. The bad part was that i was getting some interference from all the metal above me and my car would sometimes get into failsafe the farther it got. I still had a great 6 tank run. Only hit the pillars twice.
