|  KMS K2xtreme freespool winch
Here's a vid of my K2xtreme freespool using a hobbico cs-170 servo for power,,,Stiil working on this one but its getting closer to what I want ,The K2 freespool laydown has been posted as well it use'es a 280 oz servo to help keep the cost down,,,KMS,,,, K2xtreme freespool my scx10 LJ Heyok - YouTube |

Looks very promising! I have no idea what you're using for your free spool mechanism, but I wonder if just a stiffer spring might fix it?  |

I have been tying different types of metal for the main shaft ,, it one has xoxoxo and it bent ,,,So the shaft goes in the scrap and I will use xoxoxo,,It should not bend ,I feel thats what causeing the problem ,,At this time I have 4 freespool winch kits ,each using different metal for the main shaft,,So far the k2 laydown has the best shaft ,That will be the metal I will use for the shaft ,,,Thank you ,,KMS,,n but i took you advice and changed the spring out ,,its makes a difference ,,,,Robert
