Hi everyone! I'm Frank, 51 years, living in the Netherlands, married and father of 3 sons in the ages of 12, 15 and 17.
And the entire family is addicted to RC.

I'm trying to make the videos as entertaining and informative and scale as possible.
Constantly learning more and improving my skills.
Hope you don't mind if I will show some examples here from time to time.
I would be more than happy if you could step by at my YouTube channel and if you like what you see, stay tuned with a subscription.

My Youtube channel is aimed at off road RC cars, mostly towards scale RC cars.
But sometimes some Tamiya buggy or Wild Willy builds will also come around. But mostly it will be focussed on scalers and crawlers.

My first videos are not yet crawler related, but hopefully worth watching. The scale and crawler videos will also follow.
Tips and tricks are more than welcome, it's a constant learning experience.

Kinda have a sweet spot for the Tamiya Wild Willy 2.
It is such a fun platform and it offers a wheelie fun off road experience and has so many possibilities as far as scale and looks go.
For this first one I added a bikini top.
The 4x4 version, not the woman version .



Ok, not offroad, but still fun. Was more a build one than a runner, but this was before I got into scalers and crawlers.

I built 4 Tamiya cars for an e-commerce fair for a company, which were then given away in a raffle on that fair.
i got some help from a friend to build the chassis, I only had 2 weeks to order, build and paint 4 RC cars.

In Europe we do not have AxialFest, Proline by the Fire or some of those events.
We have WTT, which stands for Walk the Trial.
One of the biggest events in Europe as far as tiny trucks, scalers and crawlers go.
A 2 day event with around 400 RC addicts, located close to Antwerp in Belgium.

RC TRIAL - RC Crawler Scaler Groep Scale Trophy 2019

We start with a impression of the start and finish point of this RC scale crawler truck event. Enjoy!





Second video gives a impression off the event itself.
A awesome combination of a old sand excavation, woods, steep hills and climbs and home made obstacles make a challenging combination of nice rc crawl and trail course. Perfect place for some rc 4x4 action by tiny scale trucks, rc crawler, rc scaler. This video gives a impression of the RC scale crawler truck event in sandy, earth terrain. Enjoy!

This is one of my fondest RC cars for sentimental reasons. As a 14 year old teenager I bought my very first RC car, a Tamiya Super Champ.
I had saved and worked for it for almost a year. Finally I could buy it.
For years I drove it almost daily until there was too much broken and I was not able to get any parts anymore.

In 2014, more than 30 years later, Tamiya released the Fighting Buggy. The rerelease of the Super Champ. Bought it immediately and made a nice video of the build.

REDCAT Racing GEN8 Scout II Scale Crawler‎ by Absima on FIRST TRAIL RUN.
This is the first trail run with the new and amazing Redcat Racing Gen8, sold in Europe by Absima. Sold in Europe as Absima Gen8, Everest Gen8 or just Redcat Gen8. First impressions are awesome. This is one sweet truck. Definitly a performer for the price. Could not have been more happy with this Redcat Gen 8 first trail run.
Only changes at this point. I swapped the Redcat 1040 ESC by Hobbywing for a Hobbywing 1080 ESC. And hooked the Redcat receiver (by Flysky) up with my Flysky GT3C that is upgraded to 8 channel.
Trail with the Gen8 took place at the RC Crawler Scaler Group Scale Tropy 2019 Event.
