If I remember correctly, it disables the beep noises when you power it up. Same as the Castle products.

Makes dog's leave your rig alone.

If I run my rig with quiet mode on, my dog leaves it alone. If I run it with quiet mode off, my dog attacks my tires. I leave it on.

It gets rig of most of the audible frequencies coming from the motor. I hate hearing that Whiiiiiine when I drive, and the quiet mode shuts it up so that nothing but tire noise and gear noise can be heard.

A blessing for people running cobalt pullers, especially. Those are some noisy motors.

So true... they sound like an angry blender without the quiet mode.

Ahhh, now I get it. I ran an FXR in an AX10 the other day, they guy I went with had a Torquemaster in an R1. The R1 was silent, the AX10 was a lot louder. This was especially noticable after driving his R1 for a while and then switching back to the AX10.
