I hope so too. It's a very simple truck and was vertually bullet proof.

I agree, maybe they will carry more of them now that they are back. To be honest, my old Twin electric held up very well. Needing parts really wasn't an issue.

Same old force, new arms, new chassis, bigger engine, new knuckles (not so new actually). Handles better than before and the 28 gives good grunt to the machine.

I like the looks of that.

Parts availability,good thing on that....99% of the parts that might wear out can be swapped with 1:8 scale buggy parts,those are easy to get from most any hobby shop or online retailer.

New arms look good,although crawlers usually cut that part off.

New chassis looks good. Looks like it as well as other things sit lower,which would help handling some.

I like the fact that both front and rear diffs are now the helical gears.

Wonder which gear set they used....hopefully the 3.3:1

Helical gears is nice, I remember turning my "pot metal" ring gears to dust on the first run with BL in my TwinForce. Man I loved that truck, fast, handled like crap, bounced on jumps, dogbones popped out constanly lol. The quirkyness was what made it great, please Kyosho make the TwinForce again.

Would be nice,but in all honestly,the axles are all that's worth anything in a crawler.

In the proto I drove the chassis was longer meaning less pointless wheelies. Also the arms don't flex that bad so steering remains more consistent.
The diffs were MA050 helicals both front and rear and factory shimmed

The shocks were thicker, kind like the MFR ones but shorter. Much better damping.
The whole stance was lower for better turning. The $hitty steerimg assembly was still there

Overall a much better and powerful starter truck and parts are 80% the same as before.

The Spirit I got had steelies all around. The twin force version "might" be coming next according to them.

When I put the new truck side to side with one of mine the arms looked the same in length. They are different in construction with a reinforcing rib running the length of the arm. The added 30mm of length seem to come from the chassis mouting points.
