Default Campbell Buggy Turecker style!

Well Wrecker And I are getting together on this project, but we have some high hopes. First off it has to stand up to me beating the pee pee out of it and had to look and perform like a dream! Wrecker has some mad solid works skills and this is what we are thinkin so far, gone through a couple stages of design so far, But I think we are looking at a 14" wheel base and 11.5 wide. Also getting a castle 5700 motor (yeah its gonna go real fast). Plus going to throw some built axial axles and a track bar in the rear and four link the front. Oh and its getting rock stompers and the rpm crawlers wheels. This whole rig is getting mig welded so it should hold up. Enjoy

Thanks
Ty

It will be using an axial tranny. It will be mounted all the way in the back though just like the real rig. There will be a complete interior too.

It will be made from 3/16" solid rod mig'ed together, so it should definitely be able to hold up to the abuse of Ty launching off cliffs and jumps.

Also, currently the above design has been tweaked again so the front shock mounts resemble the 1:1 a lot better. I'll try and get a pic up of that later today.

Thanks Scott.
That is mocked up at a 14" wb. Ty wanted it long and low and with the MM 5700 the little extra wb will definitly help keep it more stable at 40 mph.

Is that modeled after Campbell's KOH boggy? or is it a different one? It looks alot like the KOH, which is an incredibly cool rig. Plus it performs as good as it looks. Cant wait to see this one built!

It's modeled after his 07 Rock Racing Buggy.
This thing was getting designed before KOH, so I did know about that one until that weekend. More than likely this will be getting one of those Desert style light bars that Campbells KOH buggy has though.
