| 55t vs 70t
I'm running a Integy 55t right now at 7.2 volts. I have in my spare parts box an Integy 70t v10. At 7.2 volts which should have more torque? In the meantime I have a 40t Crawl Max coming from JP Custom RC - just so that I can do some more comparison testing . |

Between the 55 and the 70, you probably won't notice any real difference in torque. You should notice a difference in wheelspeed and runtime though.

At 7.4 volts the 40 turn will have the most torque, the 55t doesn't max out untill slightly over 12 volts. THe 70t is more than that. In my opinion a 27t or the 35t is the best crawling motor for 7.2 volts. | ||

Yes, too low of a voltage for that motor IMO too. The 70t will produce more torque per amp (more efficient torque production, but high voltage must be used to get power back). The 35t will just pull more amps period, and make more power until the batteries give out. Whether you use the power as torque (geardown) or wheelspeed is up to you. |
