Default EP's DNA SSS Axial

Too cool not to get, I got one. And I got it in the mail today, and now here's a picture of what I pulled out of the box.

The motor plate was a nice surprise, not sure if that was included with the kit or not, because as most of you know, the stock piece is a flimsy sucker.

Skidplate is underneath the sticker. Looks like it's drilled to move the transmission forward for room for the dig thing, but I don't think I'll run one, so I can be even lighter than Don's claimed ~4 pounds!

Thanks DNA.

We'll be watching...keep in mind everyone, this is a preproduction unit.

So you should be able to run a Hitec 645 servo for steering and have plenty of power

Steering is being changed slightly...and the dig. I can't say too much but it "might" involve 3 Hitec HS5065 servos

Too cool. Kinda like crawler porn

Even though it did start to bend...I had thought the stock Axial motor plate wasn't really that thin....until I got my DNA plate The 7T is now no match for it.

Is it built yet? Feel free to get ahold of me if you run into any issues...but between my build and my bodyless vid you should be able to figure it out.

Boom!

It's not quite done, but it's a roller. Did the basic build up, learned some, know what I want to change a little bit, but it's so damn cool.

All the pieces are cut very nicely. Assembled perfectly. Kick ass.

Awe yeah! I'll use a Spectrum micro receiver and a Tekin FXR, and I have a 800 mah 25C Outrage brand lipo that weighs next to nothing. Those combined probably won't even add 4 ounces to the thing. I'll weigh it tomorrow.
