Want to thank everyone for coming out today. Especially thanks to Big Pete, Big Joe, Mike P., and Jason S. for helping judge and deal with the raffle, can't thank you enough. I wanted to step it up a notch with the courses this time. Courses were tough and traction was limited for sure. Saw alot of great driving out there. Congrats to Jason S. on his 1st place pro class win. This was his first ever comp, way to start it off! Big thanks goes out to my bosses, the owners of Hobbytown Folsom, Steve and Karen for helping me get all the product for the raffle. If your in the shop and see them, make sure to thank them. Without them it wouldn't of happened. Also thanks to Horizon Hobby(Losi and Spektrum), Great Planes, HPI Racing, and Hitech for donating all the product. The raffle went awesome, raised more money than I was expecting, $477! More rock!!! I'll be looking to double the amount of rock we have now and work alittle on the rock race course. Should be ready to do weekly events very soon. Some of the guys hung out later and we did some heads up rock racing, such a blast! Can't wait to do some more racing. I'm working on getting the full list of scores up as we speek. Heres the top 3 for each class: Pro: 1. Jason S. -17 2. Big Joe -14 3. K.C. 9 Novice: 1. Taylor C. 22 2. Derwood 36 3. Mike P. 41 |
