Vette v.s. Impreza (Bumpercar Special)

Skip to 3:15 to go right to the action.

Basically, Vette gets passed by the Suby, Vette bumps & spins out Suby trying to regain position, Suby then retaliates and bumps Vette back in the side. Pretty hilarious.

If you cant drive to begin with, then there is no need to even be on the track.

I do love to see a tiny little rice rocket suby stomp on a vette tho. It was great.

Agreed. I watched that ALMS race and was pretty pissed that he got put into the wall. It was obvious the Corvette was faster than the Porsche.

First thing first that was amazing footage, hell I felt like I was in the race. Now the cars, as you can see each time that Impreza caught up or pass that Vette it was, because of lap traffic. It also helps that the Impreza more than lkely was working with around the same horse power, it also helps to have a car that doesn't weigh as much either, and he had all wheel drive on a wet track. Keep trying Impreza, keep trying! Tell me how do those Vette tail lights look from back there.

The Impreza was done by LaChute Performance in Canada, while tuned and swapped it made no where near the Vette's power. AWD puts it down better, especially on a wet track.

I think the problem was the Vette, it was either not driven correctly or it was not on a decent track suspension (which can do wonders even for a poor driver).

Impreza RS = $18,000 (when new) + ~$8K in performance parts
Corvette Z06 = 75,000

Just keeping up says a lot. I'll save the $49K.

And people say Nascar is bad. A bump from the back from a car that is obviously faster is being competitive. Driving someone into the wall is just rediculous.

Dude in the Vette should have made a hard right as soon as that bastage started forcing him into the wall.
