Exclamation Project: Kodiak

Have always liked the way the tamiya yj looks! Takes awesome pics. About time that i built one. I used to have a forest green '95yj. Gonna model some after it.
First i built a frame bracket for the servo.

Picked these swampers up at the local tire shop. Used, but almost new. Heck, one even had the tiretag still on it!!

More to come....

i wouldnt bother with balancing them - everyone knows TSL's are "gauranteed to be square"

Your shop pieces look great! Cant wait to see the actual rig!

Not a whole lot for updates just yet...Got the body in. The wb is spot on. Have a few early stage painting pixs for now. The paint is called British green. Pixs dont show true color. Its more like a forest green.

Great start! I don't know if it is the flash that brightens the color but it looks like you are a few tone brighter than British Racing Green. I had a 2.5lt 95 YJ in BRG a few years back.
