Default chassis help!!!

k i am confused as to what chassis i should buy in 2 weeks, and decided to take it to the pros...u guys...

here i am including a poll with the 3 chassis that i am interested. after choosing one, please state ur description of y it is a good chassis to choose.

for me though, i liked the full metal rockbull because of the metal links and rod ends, and for its adjustability in suspension. any other place besides the top links to mount the battery?

the nn chassis, but dont know much about it.

the gecko pro 40/60 is kool, but not much choice on the suspension, and would like the option of a 50/50 set-up.

I was in the same position a few months back but after seeing so many people steering towards the NN I figured it was a safe bet. That is a lot of money to take a chance on. Now having it for a month or so I am really impressed by it. I have taken it over some very sharp rocks and never once got hung up on the skid plate, just slid right over. With the Rockbull, it is very fancy and has slits in the skid which would cause it to get hung up on the type of stuff I like to crawl. That right there is one limiting factor for me. The NN also comes with rear steer and servo mounts and just seems like a better deal for that price. Just my opinion. Either one will work great for you I am sure.

I would go for the NN as it is well known for being a good performer, it is also incredibly versatile, I've seen it used as a full unlimited comp rig, 2.2 rig or even just a basher.

I vote for the NN. I can't speak from first hand experience on the other two, but my experience with the NN was excellent. The NN is cheaper, and it seems to be more versitile with the adjustable wheelbase. The packaging and instructions were first rate, and Kevin from thecrawlerstore is committed to providing the the best possoble service/

I voted for the 60/40 'cos it's what I know... I've seen an NN in use but FAR more Gecko's...

The gecko is a decent chassis, but the NN is far superior to both with it's simplistic design. If all three went head to head with the same tires, shocks, and electrictronics, I'm positive it would be the most capable of the three.

If not the STICK then go for the NN. I run the stick and love it. My only choice after that would be the NN.

gecko pro 60/40 is better then a NN. the 60/40 split alone makes vertical climbing alot easier. the chassis is very durable and has great articulation.

if you got the money though a NN chassis with 60/40 links from rcguy would also be awesome.

Did you ever consider the fact that the NN can be set up that way using the stock links? That's one of the reasons it has so many adjustments.

Exactly. I have my NN set up with like that right now. Nice try though
I still don't like the bottom skid plate design. It looks like it is made for show. It needs to be smooth to help with transitions over rocks where you are going to high center on the belly.
